One cozy furnished bedroom is available for a two-month sublet within a 3-bedroom, 1-bath apartment in Williamsburg. End date can be flexible, if needed.
The apartment & bedroom are fully furnished along with the following features:
- Third floor walk up
- Laundry room in building
- In-room AC/heater unit
- Dishwasher
- Great light and direct access to balcony overlooking courtyard (other roommates also utilize on occasion)
Please note that this room is ideal for minimalists as there’s no closet, so dresser and/or wardrobe rack can be cleared out for storage as needed. Additionally, it would be great if you can bring your own pair of sheets for the full bed, but can provide upon request.
Rent & Utilities:
- $1,650/month with Wi-Fi included
- ConEd: ~$85/month, but can vary depending on AC/heater usage
Transportation:
- Easy access to Manhattan with less than a 5-minute walk to the L subway line at the Montrose Ave stop, about 10 minutes to the G, J, and M lines. Several bus stops close by as well
- Shops, restaurants, and parks within walking distance
About This Lister
I just moved into this apartment two months ago, but am looking to sublease the room during the holiday season as I travel.
You’d be sharing the apartment with two female roommates between the ages of 24-30 who are very chill and sweet people!

- Short blurb about yourself and availability for initial virtual chat & tour of the apartment (in-person also available)
- Copy of ID
- Proof of income (paystubs for last 3 months, income verification document, etc.)
- Credit check
- First month’s rent paid in advance upon signing of sublet agreement. Subsequent second month’s rent to be paid on December 15th.
- Security deposit ($500) to be returned within 7 days of move-out date provided there are no damages
Ideally, we’re looking for a considerate female subletter who is and interested in having a calm living environment.
Must be willing to maintain a weekly cleaning schedule for the apartment alongside other roommates.
No pets or smoking, please! Looking for 1 roommate only.
