My best friend/roomie of 5 years recently moved out so looking for someone to move in. It’s half a block away from sunset park entrance. Bodega across the street. Laundry in building. About 10 min walk to the DNR and close to industry city, coffee, grocery, and restaurants, but living on a quiet and clean street.

Looking for someone that has a complementary work schedule/quiet when it’s my bed time lol. Also you must be queer/trans friendly. I rarely have people over as well. Just into a relaxing clean home environment, I’m pretty chill and a great roommate if I say so myself.
