GENERAL

-The overall apartment layout is spacious with a lot of natural light in the bedrooms.
-Room comes furnished with full sized bed and dresser (furnished differently than in photos of bedroom-sorry!)
-Space is shared with 3 roommates, 2 men (31) and one woman (27).
-I work from home while the other roommates are out of the house at school/work most of the week.
-Utilities and WiFi Included.
-We have 2 very sweet black cats but unfortunately are not open to any additional pets.
-No laundry in unit, but great laundromat nearby.

DATES

-Available beginning December 1st.
-Ideal for short term (one or two months) but happy to extend if a good fit or discuss longer arrangement

About This Lister

I’m Erik (31M). I work as a professional gardener and landscape designer running my own small business. During the summer I spend most of my time working out of the house, while working mostly from home and doing some traveling during the winter.
I’ve lived in this house for the past 4 years while the other two roommates moved in over the past year. I have a close relationship with the landlord and take care of many superintendent-type responsibilities.
