Hi!

We're Kim and Ian, we'll be taking an extended trip this year and are offering our gorgeous, spacious Crown Heights, BK apt up for sublet.

Two bedroom apt, though we use one bedroom as a dressing/self-tape/office/occasional guest room (queen air mattress.)
Large kitchen, dishwasher, full set of appliances, spices, pots/pans, etc.
BIG bathroom for NYC, with a full-size shower.
Outdoor space (access only via the apt.) with a heat lamp, wood-burning small chimney stove thingie, and chairs and table.
Big living room, TV, PS5, google nest speaker, couches, small desk area, wifi, etc.
Tons of plants throughout the apt.

All utilities are included in price, we are charging under our rent (though would love an occasional plant water in exchange.)

Somewhat flexible on dates, can pro-rate. The listed dates are the outside dates of our trip (with no overlap.) Have built in a buffer for a cleaner to come in just after a sublet would finish.
