For three month sublet** (or longer if needed) a fully furnished two bedroom/two bathroom house. It has a full bedroom and a second bedroom that is currently used as an office, but has a pull out couch that can be made into a bedroom. (There is another bedroom too that is unfurnished, but can be rented with the rest of the house, if needed.) It has a living room, dining room, great kitchen and two full baths as well. There is also onsite parking and an enclosed yard with fruit bearing trees and plenty of space to just hang out and enjoy the space. Rent includes electricity, water, waste disposal and wifi. There is a washer and dryer as well.

The house is in Boyle Heights, it is close to the 5, 10, 101, and 60 freeways. You would be in walking distance to a great grocery store, bodega, other services, as well as multiple taco stands. A 20 minute walk over the 6th St Bridge and you are in the Arts District too.
