Hi everyone! I’m looking for a subleaser for my peaceful home in Leimert Park from mid-June through early December (flexible timing, open to shorter stays).

This fully furnished backhouse gets great natural light and includes one bedroom plus a small office (which can convert into a tiny bedroom for a child or guests), a full kitchen, wall AC, new wooden ceiling fans, and a washer/dryer. The new queen is firm-ish with a cooling gel topper—super comfortable and especially supportive for my upper back issues.

You’ll have a parking space, plus small front and back patios. There’s also a thriving lemon tree in the yard. The landlord lives on-site with his family—they’re kind, respectful, and attentive. Somehow, it stays impressively quiet even with kids around. SO I’m looking for someone kid-friendly, as the kiddos may occasionally say hello!

The neighborhood is central, historic, and very family-friendly—great for strolls through beautiful homes. Leimert Park Village is just a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk away. Harun, Ora, and Lore Book store are low-key hidden gems! They throw cute community events for the Black and POC community here :)

Rent is $2,550/month + utilities. $1,500 deposit + first month’s rent required.

I’ve kept the energy in the home calm would love a respectful subleaser to care for it. Couples, families, or roommates welcome. Small dogs allowed.

Bonus: the World Cup will be happening about 15 minutes away in June!
