Hey everyone, I will be away from Jan to April and looking to sublease my place. I’m flexible on start and end, but ideally want someone who can stay for 3 months or so. My apartment is located in Soho, at the intersection of Houston St and Sullivan St. The location is incredible, right at the intersection of Soho, West Village, Noho and Tribeca. There are least 10 amazing cafes within a 5min walk, plenty of bars, restaurants, gyms, pilate / yoga studios … The street is quiet and residential. Note that the apartment is on the 5th floor but you get used to the stairs within a couple of days. The apartment has a nice kitchen, with an oven, fire stove and dishwasher. The bathroom is very spacious with a tub. I love all of my furniture and I would love someone who will appreciate it and treat it accordingly. Apologies for not having a lot of pics as I’m away from home right now, but will be back by EOM and can share more pics then. If you have an apartment in SF and would like to swap, also let me know!
