This is a great room in a great apartment and I’m sad to leave it. But my loss can be your gain, lemme tell you how…

The space:
This room is small but separate from the other bedrooms. I built a lofted bed which incorporates a closet underneath. You’ll have a desk, some storage, and a queen sized bed! Room comes (mostly) furnished with maximal use of a cozy space.

There’s a window with a fire escape (outdoor space) and it’s super quiet. Considering it’s in the UWS in Manhattan, I can’t believe how relaxing it is.

The apartment is adorable, and has a washer/dryer and dishwasher in unit. There’s a ton of clever storage and it’s on the first floor but elevated in the back so it had the benefits of ground level without the drawbacks.

The location:
Genuinely love it. Sandwiched between Central Park and Riverside Park, with the 1 and the A trains minutes away.

Plus, any stores or restaurants you could want. Trader Joe’s is easily walkable. And like I said, it’s quiet. By vibrant. And so, so convenient.

The roommates:
Lovely people. One of my oldest friends (Carrie) and one of her oldest friends who is now my new friend (Liz) are both in their 30s, professional, and keep varying schedules. We’re all pretty chill and I’m gonna miss them. They're chatty and social but also do their own things, so they’re a good hang when you want, or not.
