I’m subletting one bedroom in a 4BR/1BA apartment located in the heart of Bushwick. The room is cozy, gets great natural light, and includes a full-sized closet. In building washer/dryer. The apartment is a 3rd-floor walk-up with roof access—perfect for fresh air or city views.

The neighborhood is fantastic: only a 5-minute walk to the L train (Halsey stop), with tons of great restaurants and bars nearby. There’s also a beautiful park just one block away.

It is a loft room with a low ceiling. I’m happy to leave the bed and dresser if you’d like.

Available December 1 through January 31. Rent is $1100/month.

Current roommates are tidy and considerate and mostly keep to themselves. 1 has a cat you wouldn’t know is there but obviously might not be a good fit if you have allergies.
