Room is unfurnished other than a comfy daybed/couch that can be removed. 1/2 bathroom is private inside the room. 2nd bathroom with tub and shower is next door. There is built-in storage that runs along 1 full wall with closets, drawers, and overhead storage. Lots of light with large bay window.

The apartment spans the entire top floor in a duplex. Super private and quiet. Private fenced-in backyard. Lemon tree, fig tree, passionfruit vines. Long deck off of the living room with dreamy nature view.

Street parking is never (and I mean never!!) full. And no street sweeping. Easy peasy.

I keep a tidy and chill home! It’s cozy. It’s bright. Very comfortable and very spacious. Central air and heat. I love to cook in the kitchen. Large dining table.

5 min drive to Griffith Park. 9 min walk to the Silver Lake reservoir using secret staircases. On the Los Feliz side of Silver Lake. Walkable to coffee, shops, grocery stores, etc.
