Hi! I’m subletting my extra bedroom and bathroom — $1800/month (utilities included). Dates are flexible by a few days, but I’m ideally looking for one person for the full 5-6 months. Shorter stays may be considered at $450/week.

The apartment is on the second floor of a charming 1920s building with just four units, accessed by two very short flights of stairs. Inside, it’s airy and light-filled with 20-foot ceilings, big windows, and a working fireplace.

We’re right in the heart of West Hollywood, just off Santa Monica & La Cienega, on a quiet street in a gorgeous, walkable neighborhood. Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, cafés, restaurants, and cute bars are all just a short stroll away.

I have the space professionally cleaned monthly, and I appreciate someone who keeps things tidy and treats the space like their own. It’s a very serene space and I’d love to share it with someone who values the same.
