My sunny, cozy, 1BD apartment in Crown Heights (Brooklyn) will be available from the 8th -28th of December (with some wiggle room at the move in date). I am giving preference for longer stays as I can only have one guest. Rate is 700 a week, but if you can stay the whole time it's 2000 for the month.

The apartment is quite small, but totally comfortable for 1 person. It’s a great location in Crown Heights- it’s down the block from Gueros (so you can check it out on Google maps), 15 minute walk to Prospect Park, and lots of good spots around for bars or eating out. 8 minute walk from the 4/5/2/3 and a 10 minute walk from the C Franklin Ave stops. Bus options at the end of the block as well.

No cats or dogs, unfortunately, I’m allergic.
