The kitchen is fully furnished - I cook at home and have all the essentials. The bathroom window can be lowered for a beautiful lake view while you shower :)

Electric keyboard, electric guitar, bass guitar are available for use, with a small amp and/or I have an SSL2 USB audio interface to plug into your laptop if you'd like.

The apartment is on the 10th floor of a building on Lawrence Ave, just east of Sheridan Ave in beautiful Uptown Neighborhood. The 81 and 156 buses pass steps from the front door. 5 min walk to the Lawrence Red Line stop. 7-9 min walk to be sitting at the lakefront overlooking Montrose Dog Beach.

I love walking to the lakefront, great grassy spots to sit and read or write. Tasty food options nearby (Mexican, Ethiopian, Thai, Bars, Pizza -- can give recs on request).

Two Elevators in the building, passenger in the front and freight in the back. Key Fob scan for Entrance and will be provided. Bike Room is available, laundry on the ground floor - 6 washers and 6 dryers -- always been able to do laundry when I wanted.

I am a Filmmaker splitting time between Chicago, IL and Medellín, Colombia. I am currently in Colombia indefinitely with my wife while we wait for her Visa to process. Two of her paintings are on the wall in the living room.

I make videos for work but also like to make music, dance and create. Lots of fun jams and creative sessions have happened in this space.

I've been in the apt for over three years, very happy with the apartment and the neighborhood.
