We’re two professionals in our mid-30s who are heading to the Midwest for work, and we’re looking for someone to enjoy our Pearl District loft while we’re away. The apartment will be available starting November 1st for a 3–6 month sublet. It’s a spacious, loft-style one-bedroom with two bathrooms, high ceilings, and plenty of natural light. The open living area has been our favorite spot, with a projector and sound system for movie nights, shelves of books and records, and a cozy setup that’s perfect for relaxing or entertaining. We both work remotely, so there’s a dedicated workstation already in place.

The kitchen is a dream if you love to cook — we spend a lot of time there and have stocked it with all the appliances and tools you could ever need. Off the bedroom, you’ll find a private balcony for morning coffee or evening fresh air, as well as a giant walk-in closet that makes storage effortless. The loft also has a laundry room in-unit for convenience.

We’re in the heart of the Pearl District, a neighborhood that’s completely walkable with cafés, restaurants, groceries, and transit just steps away. A car isn’t necessary, but if you’d like one, there’s a covered parking spot available for an additional $300 per month. Small dogs are welcome (sorry, no cats). Rent is $2,900/month, and some of our art, books, and records may stay behind, adding character to the space for the next person who lives here.
