Project management and operational support for creatives, studios, and small teams who need someone to own the logistics and keep complex work moving. Whether you're a designer, independent creative, or early-stage studio, I can step in at any point — building systems from scratch, tracking deliverables, coordinating across vendors and collaborators, or bringing structure to work that's already in motion. I thrive in lean environments where taking initiative and being proactive matter.
Available for project-based and contract work, remote and NYC.
I'm a project management consultant who fell into the work naturally. I love creating organization, I notice when something is missing, and I build the structure to fix it.
I'm especially drawn to interior creative work — the aesthetic decisions, the logistics of execution, the hunt for the right object, the way a space comes together as a whole. I recently managed a full apartment renovation and redesign, handling sourcing, contractor coordination, and material selection, and it confirmed that this is the kind of work I want to be doing more of.
I'm (usually) based in Brooklyn, sometimes Portland, Oregon.
10+ years in project management across complex, fast-moving environments. I've coordinated large projects, built operational systems from the ground up, managed grant proposals up to $1.2M, and supported everything from event logistics to client-facing deliverables. I hold a Master of Public Administration from the Colin Powell School for Civic and Global Leadership.
