Hi, Everyone!

My name is Frankie, and I am a freelance creative and audiovisual editor currently looking for housing in NYC around the beginning of September. Ideally seeking a longer term, furnished bedroom or similar situation, I am also open to sublets that last at least 01 September 2025 through 01 November 2025. Whether you are hoping for another roommate or someone to rent your room temporarily, I am open to various living configurations.

I have an absolute maximum budget of $1,100 per month including utilities, however am looking more in the $850 range (or anything below!). Besides a hopefully pre-furnished setup, I don't need many in-unit amenities at all (besides bathroom and some sort of kitchen access, of course). I am a tidy person who lives pretty minimally and would only be moving with a few suitcases' worth of possessions.

As an easygoing, quiet, and friendly individual, I'd be happy with many living arrangements. Not particularly set on any one neighborhood. My favorite boroughs are Brooklyn and the Bronx, however I am very open. Being in a walkable area with grocery stores would be wonderful, and somewhere close to the subway that's relatively easy to commute into Manhattan would be great. I used to live in Sunset Park and it would take an hour to get to Midtown for my work, which was nothing crazy for me.

Ideal roommates would be friendly, approachable, and have some sort of interest in fostering community within the apartment or household. If they have pets, that would be fun, too (although not required;). Please be LGBTQ+ friendly.

As I mentioned, I have been working freelance, however am actively applying for a myriad of jobs at the moment and anticipating an offer soon. I have savings, a 787 credit score, and folks who can act as guarantors if necessary.
