I’m a designer and prop stylist looking to share part of my studio with a creative, like-minded individual. The space is a raw, north-facing loft with beautiful natural light, located in the heart of Chinatown.
The studio is quiet, clean, and conducive to focused work. It’s approximately 1,200 square feet in total, and I’m looking to rent about one-third of the space.
Shared amenities include a communal seating area, a large table for meetings or meals, as well as a kitchen and bathroom. The building has elevator access Monday through Friday, 10am–6pm, and the studio is located on the third floor.
