I’m offering a furnished sublet of my apartment in Hudson from January 15 through April 15, 2026, while I’m temporarily staying nearby for family caretaking. Looking for a thoughtful, responsible subletter who will enjoy and care for the space.
The apartment is a ~1300 sq ft industrial-style artist loft on the second floor of a commercial building, one block from bustling Warren Street and extremely walkable.
Cafe Mutton and Lil Deb's Oasis (some of the best of Hudson) are just across the street. It’s a large open-plan space with a private bedroom and bathroom, a generous walk-in closet, and a private backdoor via fire escape.
