Room available in a 3 bed / 1 bath ground floor apartment in Crown Heights on Sterling Street right off Franklin Avenue.

The room is about 9ft x 11ft and has a closet and ceiling fan. This room can comfortably fit a full size bed, desk/chair, and dresser.

In-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, shared backyard, bike storage in basement, 4min walk to 2/3/4/5 Franklin Avenue station, also right next to the shuttle train.

We are a fairly chill, quiet home with minimal guests and wish to maintain this environment. We have 1 cat but we can’t allow any other pets now or any time in the future.

What we are looking for:
You must be in your 30’s, any gender is welcome, ideally someone that works mornings/is a morning person but not WFH to balance out our schedules

We would like someone who can move in August 1 but can discuss a later move in date in needed

$1416 rent + utilities (~$70-$100 per month depending on season)
