We’re renting out our furnished Brooklyn studio apartment! It will be available June 1 to mid July, and perhaps longer, if you’re interested in extending.

Our apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and a walk-in closet. We also have exclusive access to the front half of the rooftop.

We’re on Sterling Place between Franklin and Classon near Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Museum, and the main branch of the Brooklyn Public Library. There are many wonderful restaurants, bars, and coffee shops within a few blocks, including Chavela’s right on our corner.

The apartment is a second-floor walk-up.
