I’ll be heading out of town for work and am looking to sublet my apartment while I’m away. If you’re seeking a comfortable, well-kept home in the heart of Williamsburg, this space could be a great fit.

Located in one of Brooklyn’s most vibrant neighborhoods, the apartment is within easy walking distance of some of Williamsburg’s best bars, restaurants, and cafés. Whether you’re in the mood for a night out at a great cocktail bar or a relaxed dinner at a neighborhood favorite, everything is just steps away. Domino Park is only a few blocks down, offering beautiful East River views and a perfect spot for walks or outdoor workouts.

Daily errands are simple, with both Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s about a 10-minute walk away. And if you’re a pizza lover, you’ll be right around the corner from the iconic L’Industrie Pizzeria — truly a must-try.

The apartment is located on the second floor has been fully renovated and features a thoughtfully designed bathroom with a bathtub, ideal for unwinding after a long day. The space stays warm and cozy in the winter, and you’ll also have access to a Dyson air purifier and very reliable Wi-Fi.

I’m looking for a responsible, respectful subletter who will treat the space with care. It’s a quiet and peaceful building, so no parties, no loud music, and no smoking inside.
