Bedroom would be furnished (bed and desk). Price of the room is $1,600 plus utilities (range between $100-150). You will share the bathroom with 1 person for the first part of the month, and will have your private bathroom for the last half of the month.

This is a 1 month sublet (flexible length to stay longer or shorter). This would be a great space for someone who enjoys home to be a quiet & restful space.

10 minute walk from the Kingston-Throop train station, and a 12 minute bike ride to Prospect Park.

About This Lister

You would be the third roommate in a wonderful and spacious apartment but only one of us will be in the apartment for most of the month.

We are looking for a good fit; someone who is respectful, clean and chill. We compost and try to be zero waste as much as possible. We like to treat this apartment as a sanctuary, because we work long days from home.
