I am subletting my 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment in Bed-Stuy from around Jan 1 to May 1. I'm looking for a clean and responsible individual to stay in my apartment while I'm away.

This apartment is located in Bed-Stuy, a 10 minute walk from the Myrtle Broadway J/M stop, a 15 minute walk from the A, and a 20 minute walk from the Bedford-Nostrand G. Going to Manhattan takes about 25 minutes from the apartment. Down a couple blocks there are some fun shops, delicious restaurants, and incredible book stores!

I’m asking $2,511.60 per month which covers the full cost of rent. The utilities in the apartment are separate from the rent. The ConEd bill will reflect the usage of electricity, National Grid for the gas and Wifi is $88 per month. Usually all included utilities are around $200-250 a month.

It’s a cozy, fully furnished space. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is central AC located in the apartment which is very nice in the winter and summer months. There is laundry in the building, and also a great laundromat is located 1 block away that offers wash and fold. It’s a 2th floor walk up in a very quiet building with nice neighbors. An excellent apartment to work from home. Happy to set up a viewing or Facetime.

Note: All of the plants, random trinkets and majority of clothing will be removed from the apartment so it will look more empty.
