I'll be home in Paris for the month of October so my cozy 1.5 bedroom Silver Lake house is available for sublet. Fully furnished, prime Silver Lake location just off Sunset Blvd, comes with a parking spot and laundry unit. Ideal for one person or a couple, no pets, not a lot of storage space as I'll be leaving most of my stuff. $3000/month rent includes all utilities.

Please note: there is some flexibility on dates, sublet could start as early as the last week of September and potentially extend until mid-November as I don't have a firm return date yet.
