This is our large (1800 square foot) and beautiful house on the border between Echo Park and Silverlake. We're heading to NYC for a couple months around the holidays and would love to install some awesome people/family/pets while we're gone!

The house has 2 medium-sized bedrooms and 1 large primary bedroom. There are two full bathrooms. Also a big kitchen, dining room with table and 6 chairs and a baby grand piano, and a large living room with couch, chairs, and a projector set-up.

The house has a large front and backyard, all completely enclosed (if you have a doggy), as well as a whole separate office space on the lower level (accessed by going outside, down a set of stairs, and into a separate entrance). Also a nice front porch with couch and seating for morning and evening hangs, and a large table in the back for hosting.

House also has a driveway that can fit up to three cars, wi-fi, A/C and heat, various nice bits of furniture (King size bed in the primary, Queen in the 2nd, high-quality couch/bed in the 3rd because we use it for an office). Neighborhood is very walkable, with tons of cool restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores within a 10-15 minute walk.

We're just charging what we pay (with utility costs folded in), not making any sort of profit on it. Would ask only that you treat the place nicely and remember to water the plants. :)
