Cat lovers preferred 😻I have a cat, a 4 year old sweetie who's well behaved and easy to care for so I'm looking for someone that can feed him and water the plants while they are here - rent is already discounted to reflect this.
Price can be flexible if you don't need all of the bedrooms. We can chat about this :)
Frogtown is primarily residential and family friendly, in under a 10 minute drive you can reach Chinatown, Echo Park, Cypress Park, Lincoln Heights, Highland Park, Little Tokyo, Downtown, Elysian Park, Glassell Park, Atwater Village and Eagle Rock.
Hollywood is just a little further depending on where in Hollywood it could be reached in 15 minutes. There is a bus stop right outside the house and the Lincoln/Cypress light rail station on the A line is 1 mile away.
Accessibility: Front door is accessed by one step. Most of the house is ground level with the 2nd level being taken up by one of the bedrooms with en suite bathroom and walk in-closet.
I'm a 44-year-old vintage seller, radio host, music archivist, and Capricorn. I value maintaining a welcoming and aesthetically pleasing home, it's important to me to keep it tidy and cute, but it's far from sterile. Over the years, I've traveled extensively, and you'll find mementos from my trips and one-of-a-kind artworks by friends throughout the house. I've been living here for 8.5 years and love the cozy, tranquil energy it offers.
I'm looking for individuals or groups in LA for temporary work who appreciate a serene, open space to come home to. Cat-lovers and plant-lovers especially welcome.😻 I am the sole leaseholder and primary contact for the house. While I’ll be in a different time zone, I’ll do my best to respond promptly and address any issues that arise.
Deposit required to hold the space and will be returned in full as long as house is left in the original condition. I will need a picture of your ID and a signed agreement. Utilities are covered in the rent.
Since I have a cat I prefer no dogs in the house but I could be open to other cats, we can chat about if you think this would work.
