I'm going to Brazil for two weeks and thought there might be someone out there who's headed to NYC for Thanksgiving and looking for somewhere to stay :)

NOTE: I subtracted a big chunk off what the prorated rent for a month would be, as this listing comes with feeding/watering/cuddling one of the sweetest cats on planet earth (I've sublet with her in the spot before and everyone's always genuinely sad to leave her). Place is still a steal for ~two weeks in NYC :)

Rent my bright, spacious one-bedroom in Crown Heights near the Bed-Stuy border! It's a 97 on Walk Score (100% for public transportation; near the subway, tons of buses, and a block from the Long Island Railroad), two blocks from groceries, laundry, bodegas, etc., and near tons of great bars and restaurants. With Franklin Ave. just a 10-15 minute walk away and Bed-Stuy across Atlantic, it's truly the best of both neighborhoods. Prospect Park is close, too!

As you can see it gets stunning light with ample windows (again, pictures are a tad from the dead of winter; I've made some decor updates too around here!). It's on the first floor (no steps!), but in the back of the building so it's quiet and private. The spot has a big kitchen perfect for dinner parties or game night, and a large bedroom in the back (which has a Herman Miller desk chair for the WFH crowd + the TV is a Roku with all the apps so stream away).
