The bedroom for sublet is on the top floor of a two-story historical brownstone. It has lots of light, closet/storage space, and comes furnished with a desk, chair, mattress, and mattress frame.

The apartment is fully furnished and comes with all the bells & whistles – two full bathrooms, in-unit washer & dryer, dishwasher, formal dining room, movie projector, and even a guest room we all share.

We’re right off the A/C, a straight shot to Manhattan or to JFK. The house is on a sweet tree-lined block in Stuyvesent Heights. Lots of great cafes, restaurants, jazz bars in the neighborhood.

You’d be sharing the apartment with two other roommates (early 30s), both respectful and very clean. One is a book designer, the other a filmmaker. We’ve been living together for 5 years, and we love to keep our home feeling homey. We'd be up for a chat, an occasional dinner or movie night, but we also respect each other's personal space. We're not big partiers, so our home usually feels cozy and calm. Guests are welcome with a bit of advance notice. We’re looking for a subletter who can meld easily with this vibe.
