December room sublet in Crown Heights Brooklyn
Rooms for Sublet
Hi, I’ll be travelling back home to Italy over the holidays and would like to sublet my large room in Crown Heights (Utica Ave stop — the express train gets you to Manhattan in about 20 minutes).
The Room:
- Approximately 15 m²
- Double bed and a studio/work area
- Plenty of natural light throughout the day
The Apartment:
- Spacious, around 90 m²
- Separate kitchen and a large living room with a big table and projector
- 1 bathroom
- Normally shared with my two best friends, who will also be away for part of the holidays. There may be a brief overlap.
Who We’re Looking For:
- One person or one couple
- Respectful, clean, and mindful of the space
- No parties allowed
Dates: I’m flexible. If the full period doesn’t work for you, I’m happy to discuss alternative dates.

I'm a professional working in the performing arts, currently pursuing a MA in Performance Studies at NYU Tisch. My flatmates are in their 20s and both work in the arts.

I am the current tenantRental requirements
A brief zoom call to get to know each other, show you the space and answer outstanding questions. Once approved we can agree on a deposit to confirm the apartment and then the rest of payment can occur at the end of the tenancy. I would appreciate a written agreement that acknowledges the high-tech equipment in the house and liability if these get damaged during the sublet.
