Hi! This is my condo in New Orleans. It's just blocks from Magazine Street in the garden district. A very walkable neighborhood with amazing restaurants, coffee shops, bars and boutiques. The place is also a very quick 5-10 minute drive away from downtown and the historic French Quarter.

There is onsite laundry, wifi, dishwasher. There is small bedroom balcony and small back patio. It's cute AF.

While I'm happy to sublet, I'm also interested in swapping with folks based in LA, NYC, and Nashville.
