Hi! I’m a designer moving to NYC from Toronto for work and I’m looking for a temporary sublet while I get settled and search for a longer-term place.

I’ll be arriving January 25th and am ideally hoping to stay for 2+ months, though I’m flexible on timing. I may be able to stay longer depending on your space's availability.

I work 4 days in office. I don’t bring the party home - outside of work I enjoy watching films, trying new restaurants, and spending time at concerts & art galleries.

I’m mainly looking for a furnished studio or one-bedroom, but I’m open to shared living with the right fit. I used to live in Williamsburg and Chelsea and I'd like to stay around there again, though I’m open to other great neighborhoods too (especially near the L or convenient commute to Union sq).
