It is closed off and dust free.
You would share the office space with 2 other people
We are a husband wife furniture designer and makers team.

We have a water cooler, fridge and microwave.

The fabrication shop has different areas for wood working, upholstery, metal work and fiberglass or paint.

Desk only is $700
Full private office space (10x24 ft) $1200
Desk + sharing the workshop $1500

A few months or a whole year works for us. One month deposit.
