Looking to fill an opening in my shared workspace/studio in Clinton Hill. You'll share the space with 2 people (myself and an animator/story board artist.) I work in film as an editor. Ideally our studio mate will similarly do computer work and be looking for a chill space to get things done!

The work space is sunny, open, and quiet. No one is usually there on a full-time basis and it's a private building so we can all come and go at any time of day or night.

Details about the space:
-Rent is $200 + $20 internet
-Located on Fulton St. & Clinton Ave. above the Clinton-Washington C train station
-3rd floor walk up
-Month-to-month with 30-day notice before leaving

The space includes:
-Desk, lamp, drawers and computer monitor available to use
-Full bathroom with shower
-Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, griddle, electric kettle and other amenities
-Large room shared between 3 people
-Private access to building
-Closet space
-Security camera at building entrance

It's truly a gem. The landlord is an old school real estate guy so he owns the building and always tells me he will never raise the rent but he doesn't want any trouble! I've been working out of this space for almost 4 years now and have really enjoyed and benefitted from it. It's so nice to have a separate work space for when I'm doing remote work and it's generally just a creative refuge with nice people :)

Hi! I'm Katy, pronouns she/her. I work in film as an editor/assistant editor. Usually I work out of post-production offices for the the length of a contract so I only use the space when I have remote freelance work.

I maintain the space and have a great relationship with the landlord. He's a realtor and keeps his office front on the ground floor. I live near by the studio as well in case there are any issues.

We keep the space clean and tidy. It's just one open space but when others are there we all use headphones. You're welcome to take phone calls and meetings as you need.
