We are Cousins, a film production company operating out of a studio space in Chinatown on Canal Street. We are located on the 5th floor of an elevator building where we share the floor with multiple other creative companies.

Desk Rental Includes
- 24/7 access to the space, your own key to the building and office door to come and go as you like
- your own monitor
- access to two private call boxes
- access to a private conference room
- communal kitchen, includes mini fridge, kettle, ice machine, plates, mugs, silverware
- access to use screening set up for events, includes projector, screen, and speakers
- access to two one-room bathrooms on the floor

The desks are shared in two long co-working tables in one big room. There is also an option to rent 2-3 desks together, which are separated by a privacy wall (see photo).

Trash is taken out for you, daily. All we ask is you wash your own dishes. The office is cleaned biweekly on weekends.

HVAC system provides heat and AC. We also have additional space heaters if needed.
