We’re two documentary filmmakers looking to share our newly renovated office with a few creatively minded people whose work style complements ours. Our days are mostly quiet—editing-focused—with occasional, infrequent calls or meetings. That said, we’re open to chatting with anyone interested to see if our work rhythms align. We truly believe that humans are meant to be in community with one-another and creative, generous, kind people create spaces where we can all flourish collectively.

The office is bright and spacious, featuring exposed brick ceilings, hardwood floors, oversized windows, high-speed internet, and a brand-new HVAC system. The building offers a shared kitchen (with other tenants on the floor), fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and sink. Conference rooms are available for rent as needed. The space is highly secure, with a two-door, key-fob entry system.
