Security Bond:
This bond will cover any damage or loss of equipment or accessory in the apartment and by no means will be use to charge our customers any extra costs which are not due. Unless there is a claim, the security bond is refunded one week after departure.
Bills:
All bills are included. There are no additional charges or tax of any kind to add to the all-inclusive rate stated on the apartment page.
Tariffs: (all costs quoted are in Australian Dollars)
Cancellation by Customer:
A full refund is provided up to four weeks before the rental, if there is a cancellation after that date there is no refund. We strongly recommend that our customers have travel insurance with cancellation costs included.
