My name is Selen.
I am a dog lover and walker from Long Island City.
I had the privilege of growing up with dogs and had the opportunity to parent 3 dogs in my life time.
I find my purpose, joy and comfort in taking care of pups.
My approach is exercise, socializing , behavior modification, hydration, nourishment then gentle play time and nap time.. I care for one dog at a time and give all my attention.
When I’m not with dogs,
I pursue my art and sell my jewelry at local events. I also teach intuitive painting classes.

Background and Expertise

I have a bachelor’s degree in interior design. I pursued a career in handcrafted jewelry and art for 20 years.
Through it all what gave me true happiness is being around dogs. I love exercising with them, playing , taking care of them.
I have a passion for observing the human- dog connection and I feel grateful they teach me so much.
