My husband and i moved to the Hudson Valley seven years ago which marked the beginning of a significant shift in my life.
After working long days in a demanding job leading talent acquisition for a growing ad agency, I experienced severe burnout. I was constantly stressed, exhausted yet wired, I wasn't sleeping well and my body ached. I wasn't well. .
My cholesterol rose, my diet was filled with processed foods, and I gained weight. Weekends were spent recovering on the couch.
Through shifting to a whole-foods, plant-based diet and taking steps to reduce stress, I rediscovered my well-being. This personal transformation led me to start health coaching, where I now help others create positive change so they can feel better.
I hold a Health Coaching certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I learned health principles from wellness experts like Dr. Marion Nestle, Dr. Deepak Chopra, and Dr. Dean Ornish.
My training taught me that health is not just about the food you eat; it's about adopting a healthy lifestyle. I now help others make food choices that support their health and develop healthy habits.
