I'm subletting my space while I move to New York for the year. I work as a Fashion Professor in New York City, however I am from Philadelphia. I have rented multiple spaces and set up each home with chic pieces, love, and care.

Rental requirements
- Rent will be paid to me before the 1st of the month
- Electric & Internet bills will be paid to me before the 1st of the month
- 1-month security deposit that is refundable upon move-out of $500
- Must be able to prove 2.5 X the rent
Pets Policy
- Only cats and rabbits are allowed in the unit, no dogs unfortunately
- $200 pet security deposit that is refundable upon move-out
