My spaceship (large room in a 3 bdr apt) will be available for sublet for the full month of July 2025. The whole crib is large and there is a lot of space. Roomates are standup individuals who will more than make you feel welcome. There is a large balcony accessible directly from the bedroom. Washer & Dryer situated in a spacey bathroom. Location is a super central bushwick zone, two blocks from Flushing Ave stop off the M train. I’ve put much effort into making this space an oasis so ideally I'm looking for respectable candidates who will appreciate and enjoy the space.
