Qualified renter for this time-share arrangement will get the studio ALL TO YOURSELF for 2 weeks (including 2 weekends) every month. We are a 5 min walk to 79th street/Broadway subway station. Elevator, shared laundry, and gym.

Requirements:
1. Move in March 2026. Must have proof of income. Background + Credit check + $1550/month + 1550 deposit + split monthly utilities (electricity, wifi).
2. Initial phone/face-time/zoom screening, and then mandatory in-person 2nd meeting for a walk-through.
3. Absolutely NO ADDITIONAL FURNITURE/NO 420/NO PETS. There is no smoking permitted in/on the property.
4. Applications close 1/18/26 with initial and follow-up interviews scheduled for the week of 1/19/26.
Also open to daily subletting. Serious inquires only.
