This unit is ideal for 1 person or a couple or friends that are happy to share a compact space

Note - this unit is above commercial space and standard NYC noise is common as this is an older building and on the 2nd floor. If you are highly sensitive to noise this is not a fit for you. If you are easy going or unbothered/used to NYC, then you won't notice a thing :) !

As this unit is brand new, furnishing are new etc and this is a smaller walk up building (more intimate), we are are interested in subletting to people that are going to take excellent care of the unit and be respectful of neighbors, noise etc. Please only inquire if you are going to respect the space. No pets, sorry!

Lastly, we are subletting the unit on a monthly basis or for the full term available (Feb-June). If you are interested in renting it weekly or bi-weekly please reach out and we will see if we can accommodate. Please note there is a $150 cleaning fee per stay.

I'm the CEO of global company and reside in other cities most of the time. I got this apartment to have for when I'm in NYC but as it turns out, I won't actually be in the city much for the upcoming months so it just makes sense for me to sublet for the remainder of my lease. I am very organized and tidy and take good care of my things so I am looking for someone (people) to do the same. I will be available to help as needed with any concerns or items that arise (within reason) but am ideally looking for a mature, self sufficient, respectful person to take care of the space.
