It's on the ground floor of a charming pet-friendly apartment building, lots of windows and natural light. Large living room with separate bedroom, tons of closet space, bathtub/shower combo, and kitchen with breakfast / dining nook.

Rent is $2300 per month, utilities included. The apartment will be unfurnished - though I'm open to selling some of my furniture of you're interested. If your application is approved, you can move in anytime after June 5.
