The huge second floor screen porch has a pull-down projector screen, a private entrance, and looks out onto a little wooded area that makes you feel secluded in nature, even though you're a 5 minute walk to downtown great Barrington. The building has three other quiet, respectful tenants. Laundry is shared. You will have two parking spaces.
