Our Live work studio in Wellfleet Cape Cod. Minutes from the bay (walking) and very close drive (8 mins) to ocean beaches. The loft is a twin size mattress (fits two), large deck, your own parking and entrance, newly remodeled small kitchen and bathroom. Additionally there is a bedroom with a closet , kingside bed and access directly the the deck. Ideally I would like to rent this space to someone who is going to really utilizes it well and make art here. Ideally writing or photography or drawing.

Perfect getaway from the city to have as a weekend spot throughout the winter.

This is a very special place. It does share a yard to another apartment however they are completely separate entrance. They are quiet and mellow. Looking for the same.
