Minimum we would discuss is from August 15 to January 1. ). The apartment has one large bedroom and one smaller bedroom that could also be used as an office. Second-story unit in a small Spanish revival-style building with beautiful details throughout. Wood beam ceilings, built-in bookshelves, and a blue-tiled bathroom. Enjoy morning coffee on a quaint balcony overlooking a lush courtyard. Play pickleball and picnic with friends at sunny Plummer Park just a half block away. Go to the Plummer Park farmer’s market on Mondays for fresh bread and veggies. The location is very walkable. A short walk to numerous coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and multiple grocery stores (Trader Joe's and Smart&Final are 2 blocks, and Ralphs is 3 blocks).

The apartment includes a fully furnished living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a tub and separate shower, and an eat-in kitchen. We have several plants, so we'd like you to have a green thumb! The building is gated. There is shared app-operated laundry in the building. Street parking only. The listed price does not include utilities. Preference given to those who can sublet the entire period.
