I am looking for a short or long- term (30+ days) guest.
Preference given to someone looking for pied de terre or who travels but someone cool and easy who is engaged with the world would work.

This is a loft in old factory building under the Manhattan Bridge.
The building is six stories with 2 or 3 lofts on each floor. There's a wonderful restaurant / bar with pool table on the ground floor + adjacent Thursday night speakeasy. Seasonal flea market a block away.

Dumbo, Brooklyn- life under the bridges. The airy loft's decor is a charming mix of mid-century modern and rustic. Glass french doors open to a lovely private room with full size platform bed, desk & chair, dresser, mirror, and lounge chair.

- $2000 / month (includes utilities, wifi)
- Available 30+ days from April 1.
- Will consider long term for right fit.
- Furnished bedroom in 2 Bdr loft.
- The place comes complete with the coolest 4 lb. Non- neurotic chi. Would consider another dog if fit is right. No cats.
- 4th floor walk- up with elevator / freight just outside of loft.
- Filtered water system installed.
- Fresh bed linens & towels.
- W/D in basement; Wash & Fold will p/u & deliver.

- Loft is 1 1/2 blks. from York St. F & 3 blks. from High St. A/C. Both lines are one stop from Manhattan.

About This Lister

I'm a Location Scout so when I'm on a project, I'm usually on the ground in or out of the city or traveling. When I'm not working, I love to travel upstate, out west or to a part of the world inspiring me at the time.

My dining table seats eight comfortably and doing dinners in my space on occasion is one of my more favorite forms of entertainment. I love bringing people together for good food, great wine, and beautiful conversation.
