This is a short term rental situation (week by week or for the entire month) as I am out of town. Good for out of town folks visiting the city. I am a researcher/artist/educator and owner of the apartment. I am looking for quiet and clean people to rent my renovated garden duplex in Clinton Hill. The apartment is fully furnished with a Kitchen/LR/dining, office and garden. Rent includes WiFi, washer/dryer, and garden. There is a housekeeping fee and utility charges for electricity. I require references, proof of income, and a security deposit. I also require an interview prospective tenant, in person, if possible. If you stay for a month, the cost of utilities is deducted from security deposit. This is a unique situation in a very nice house and prime Brooklyn neighborhood.

I am flexible with the price if you rent for the month. There is some flexibility for the dates.
