We’re opening our Eagle Rock home while we’re away — flexible on dates (including Thanksgiving week!) and happy to chat about timing.

The house has lots of charm and warmth:

1 baby’s room with crib

A downstairs office that doubles as a guest room with a queen bed

3 bathrooms total

Bright kitchen + space for cooking and hosting

Walkable to coffee shops and neighborhood favorites in Eagle Rock, one of Northeast LA’s most vibrant areas

We also have a backhouse on the property that may be occupied at the same time, and a very sweet dog who is part of our family vibe.

A little about us: We were friends for 10 years before becoming partners and parents to our baby girl, Mickie. I run a culinary production company and love food, hosting, and community. Our home reflects that warmth and spirit.

We’re out of town often, so please inquire — we’d love to share our home with someone who will appreciate it!

We’re Barrie, Morgan, and our baby girl Mickie. I (Barrie) run My House Events, a culinary production company that collaborates with chefs and creates unforgettable food experiences. I love yoga, walking the hills around Eagle Rock, and checking out all the amazing cultural events LA has to offer — from music to art to food. Hosting and building community is my passion, and our home reflects that same warmth and openness.

Morgan and I were friends for 10 years before becoming partners and parents, and our little family is rooted in creativity, connection, and joy. We’re often out of town for work and adventures, so we love sharing our space with people who will enjoy it as much as we do.
