This place is for all the individuals seeking their privacy and peace in heart of the city. The unit features its own bathroom and enough storage space.

It is clean, freshly painted and Im looking for someone who will maintain it the same way and respect their neighbors.

The place is equipped with all the appliances one might need. Basically it’s a hotel room in apartment building.
From cordless vacuum cleaner, brand new AC, to fridge, induction board if you want the quick bite to glasses, utensils, cleaning supplies, steamer… etc.

The building is pre war and the unit is in the back building. It used to be a motel back in the day but it’s converted to be residential. The neighbors are quiet and career oriented.

The laundromat is right around the corner of the buidling.

There is enough closet space and I made sure you have enough hangers!

LOCATION:

The unit is located on 11th street between 1st and 2nd avenue. In the middle of it all. Soho is around 20+ minutes walk and so is the West Village. You will enjoy the most scenic views of Downton Manhattan. Washington Square park is super close. Brooklyn and Williamsburg are one train stop away…

Few doors down you have the oldest pastry store in Manhattan called Veniero’s, few blocks up and down you have from NY pizza slices and pies to ramen and all the other cuisines including viral Appolo bagels, Tompkins bagels, Five Guys, Sweet Green on Astor place and so much more!!!

There are also two Trader Joe’s on 14th street, Whole Foods and Target.

You are also in less than 5 min walking distance to all the banks which is convenient.

COMMUTE:

The closest: L train 1st Avenue and 3rd Avenue Stations
UNION SQUARE: short walk to Union Sq Station where almost all the trains go (4,5,6, L, N, Q, R, W)
